	Started as a Software Consultant, to help customize software from a OEM vendor and helped the company acquiring intellectual property in 2004 and building its own product 100%, with no or very minimal downtime in transition of entire development team from Korea to India and yet managed to keep the cost of development 40% by setting up an entire software development organization compared to outsourcing.
